Cycle Shack North is one of the only places that I will let work on my motorcycles. They are thorough meticulous and very professional regardless of how large or small of a job it is. Recently I had a few things I needed to have done last minute before a long trip. Scott Holzheimer (Store Manager) and Mike Case (Service Manager) got me taken care of the next day and saved me from what could've been a trip cancelling issue. I have always had good a good experience at Cycle Shack North. Their service work is top notch, sales team is welcoming and knowledgeable and parts counter guys are helpful and knowledgeable as well. Scott Holzheimer and Cycle Shack North can also be counted on to help promote the Sam Houston Trails Coalition who work to repair and maintain the local Sam Houston National Forest. I never submit reviews BUT cycle shack as a whole was excellent!! I came into the store with my cousin so he could look at a CBR 500 bike and while he was talking to Zach Holzheimer with sales, I struck up a conversation with employee Kevin about side by sides. After Kevin told me all kinds of facts about the Honda Pioneer 700, I was sold. I had to get with Zach myself and start the purchase process. All the while Abby and Charissa we so sweet to help out with my 2 year old little girl that was more then ready to head back home. Abby and Charissa gave her some candy and set her up in their office with some Disney + to watch! Finance guy Colby Gardner got me approved and papers signed quick and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I came into the store just to be moral support for my cousin and ended up with the side by side I didnt even know I needed! (Side note my cousin bought the bike he came to look at too!). We have purchased 2 motorcycles and 3 wave runners, plus a grundle of supplies and accessories. Cycle Shack North has always been upfront and honest with us, no matter the outcome. Weve worked with every department and have always been treated well, like family and friends. When we needed to make a trade or a sale in order to , recently, get our new pair of wave runners , Travis, our sales go-to guy, made sure to stay on top of things and helped get our last motorcycle sold so we could acquire the new wave runner within the Yamaha promotional period. We are beyond excited and grateful!!

I just picked my bike up from Cycle Shack North which had to have a chain replaced along with some repairs and I have to say the people in the service dept are top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable! I definitely would recommend. They took care of me with no pressure which to me shows they care about the customer and not just the bottom line. When I'm in the market for a new bike this will be my first stop!

I was shopping a Honda ATV and had found the usual best deals across the states to compare my findings. A school friend living in Conroe encouraged me to go in person to Cycle Shack North to communicate my search findings and show my prices I had found. He believed that I would not be disappointed with the time I spent visiting the show room and compare notes. Sure enough I had a very good group of sale prices that met my desired need but there was some travel and many unseen expenses that I had over looked including some important facts regarding year models. I appreciate the help and the desire of the sales people especially Travis for pointing me in the direction that best fit my needs and money. The Service Dept employees went beyond regular customerservice in accomodating our issue with the cycle. Their prompt, friendly service and considerations were pleasantly unexpected. Man, this is truly one of the best shops around! Honest and fair ! I have bought several bikes from Cycle Shack in the past and my sales man "Keith' has always been on top of his game with pricing and delivery! We also can't forget about Mike in the service dept. You talk about a guy who goes out of his way for his customers! Seriously! This guy deserves a medal. Anytime we need something, he is there making sure it gets done. Race Prep, Air filter change, a chain tightened, whatever. If we have a race that weekend, he makes sure our bike is ready.. Even when I bring it to him last minute. He gets it done! Thanks Mike!
